William Chua Meng Hock

Salam Buat Semua,

about assignment marks

Dear Mr. Effandi,

We are students from your BBF class section BM102. We have just know about our group project marks and we wonder why it is so low. We really spent a lot of times and ideas to did it and we think it is quite best already.

We really quite disappointed about the 14 marks (untuk rekod: Markah penuh ialah 20. Markah tertinggi diperoleh pelajar ialah 19/20 dan terendah pula ialah 13/20) result which is almost the lowest in the class.( group leader ID: Chua Meng Hock 1091103209 )

We hope that you may reconsider about our group project marks and if possible can we make an appointment with you to discuss about this?

We really think that our work is worth more than that.

Thank you very much for spend your time to read our email and hope to get your reply soon.

Sincerely,
Meng Hock and the team.

bbf assignment copy

Dear Mr. Effandi,

For your convenient, we send you a soft copy of our assignment here for you to review. Every single words inside and every ideas inside is by us originally and we feel that is good enough compare many groups. We just wonder why we get so low marks and really......sad and disappointed because we really did very much for the assignment.

I hope that you may give us another chance by review the assignment. Actually we gave many ideas in the assignment especially in leverage analysis, profitability analysis about why Tanjong cost was increased, some more we still refer to the world coal and gas price chart in appendix. and P/E ratio about why stable P/E ratio of Tanjong is preferable. Go through the assignment, you can see that every single words is our effort to make the assignment perfect.

Thanks for spend your time to read our email and hope to hear your news soon. Anyway, we will respect your last and the final decision. Thanks for spend your time to read our email and hope to hear your news soon.

Sincerely,
Meng Hock and the team.

APOLOGISE due to the assignment marks issue from our team

Dear Mr. Effandi,

After some discussion, we would like to apologise with you due to the assignment marks issue. Maybe that day we are too emotional, we are regret with the action we did.

We should accept the marks given to us.

Maybe there is some insufficient of our assignment so we get the low marks. We will accept this and learn from this lesson and try to do better in future.

Anyway, thanks for your lecture and guiding in the past 5 months and we really like your class, it is fun, interesting and we really learnt a lot. We will do our best in the final and we will always remember what you have told us.

LIFE IS MORE THAN STUDY.

PLAY HARD, STUDY SMART.

Best regards,
Meng Hock and the team.

Re: APOLOGISE due to the assignment marks issue from our team

Dear Meng Hock,

Noted with thanks.

I wish you all the best in the Final Exam, no need to seek an apology from me. Life is full with disagreement and we are not always on par with what we assume it should be. However, this is just a beginning, I believe that it will be a good lesson for your 'starting point' as a finance student.

I really appreciate your kind-words, I'm not a good lect enough and throughout your study in MMU, you will find that I'm just a normal-average lecturer.

Take care,

Cheers!
Mr. Fendi

RE: APOLOGISE due to the assignment marks issue from our team

*Sorry for the long words, I hope you feel free to read, it is some of my feeling about you, the class, and what I have learnt so far in the past 5 months.I just think that it is something that I have to tell. From the bottom of my heart.

Dear Mr. Effandi,

Yes, alright. We just worry that our stupid action will bring you some inconvenient We should think and evaluate what is our mistake in the job 1st rather than sending you email without thinking and evaluation. Actually our job might be some insufficient that's why we get low marks.

Anyway, it is too late to take back our action as spoilt milk doesn't recover back. So, what we can do is only apologise to you here and we promise that we will learn from this lesson. As you said, everyone are stupid and we are learning always. Again, we really feel thankfulness and appreciate for your lecturing and guiding in class, not only about finance but also about life.

Yes, in your class I learn a lot besides finance and my attitude become more optimist maybe influence by you. As your first mmls post mentioned: finance is interesting. yes, I experience and know this in your class and I think I choose the right major. And, I would like to say: life is interesting. Life is more than study, as you told us. Yes. this is true. I will always remember this and other meaningful words that you told us

Maybe you are just a normal-average lecturer in MMU as you said, but I like your style of teaching and your style of living. Really, I learnt a lot besides finance knowledge in your class. Just one thing is quite sad that I am not manage to be in your tutorial session so cannot get communicate more and learn more with you. However, I am happy to be in Ms Lee class too, she is also a good tutor and I think she know me because I participate actively in her class.

Lastly, I would like to say that even maybe you are not best lecturer in MMU but you are the best in your life. You are quire success in your career and I think your friends, your students, they like to be with you, because you are a really nice person. I will learn with you and hope that I can be success as you one day.

Wish you all the best in your life, your career, and all other aspects in your life. Sorry for take your time with the long words, but I feel that it is something that I have to tell. Nice to meet you as my FM 1 lecturer and thanks a lot for your lecturing in past 5 months. See you, take care, and hope our path do cross again in future.

Sincerely,
Meng Hock

Sekian,
Terima Kasih

Being in your class for just 4 months is more than enough to say that u are such a good lecturer.

The way u taught us, the way u speak, the way u give your opinion and guide us, shows your credibility in not only teaching, lecturing but also, as a brother to all of us.

I still remember these, "I like u, because u always look into my eyes while i'm teaching." *bangga kejap*

I will always proud to be ur ex-student. Always.
