Komen Buat Seorang Pensyarah

Salam Buat Semua,

Salah satu yang amat kita khuatiri mahupun geruni di dalam kehidupan ini semestinya untuk mendengar / membaca / mengetahui persepsi orang terhadap kita.

Berikut adalah komen / pandangan para pelajar bimbingan saya seperti mana yang telah mereka rekodkan di dalam sistem penilaian akademik (Academic Evaluation System) yang dipraktiskan di Multimedia University (MMU). Menerusi sistem ini, para pelajar berhak untuk memberikan gred-gred tertentu kepada setiap tenaga pengajar. Para pensyarah / tutor akan menerima maklum balas gred purata yang mereka perolehi dan juga setiap komen mahupun cadangan yang dikemukakan pelajar. Walau bagaimanapun, mereka tidak mempunyai akses untuk mengetahui identiti si pemberi komen / cadangan dan juga gred-gred spesifik yang diberikan oleh pelajar-pelajar tertentu kepada mereka. Semestinya, elemen ini diamalkan untuk menambahkan 'ketepatan' mahupun 'kejituan' sistem penilaian akademik tersebut.

Berikut adalah komen-komen / cadangan - cadangan langsung yang saya terima daripada pelajar - pelajar saya untuk subjek 'Fundamentals of Business' bagi semester I sessi 2007 / 2008. Semester tersebut juga melambangkan tepatnya 3 tahun saya berkhidmat di dunia pendidikan ini yang tidak pernah membuatkan saya bosan dan kecewa kerana memilihnya sebagai 'punca rezeki.'

(Dengan izin, sedutan langsung daripada sistem tersebut yang berbahasa Inggeris adalah dilampirkan seperti di bawah dan sebarang kesilapan tatabahasa dan gaya bahasa adalah diabaikan. Tiada sebarang editan dilakukan.)

COMMENT AND SUGGESTION

He is very good in teaching. He gives me lot of knowledges that is what is happening within the country.

He is quite a humourous lecturer. One of strong points is he is able to lecture us with the real example in our life, and express it in a very funny manner.

i like this lecturer.He is the best lecturer among all the lecturer. He teach us very well n i can understanding what he teach and understanding about the subject.His class is very interesting and he make the class not boring.He always share information besides the sunject that are usefull to the student.But the lecturer like to ask question,make us scare.

lec called some students name then to take attendance.then others student will be consider present if their name not called.this is not fair at all to every student.

my favourite lecturer! his teaching methods and passion for his job should be set as an example to some of the other lecturers. mr.fendi's passion,easy-goingness, and practicality makes him a hit in his classes =) and he also teaches what we need 2 noe in the bizz world which are sumtimes not in the syllabus..and the importance of general business knowledge! mr.fendi rocks!

Your method I an quite like it as it make me awake most of the time, last time, you asked me a question it seems like this ,what is the business do not use any capital, actually I went home and ask a lot of people about this question, they say they do not find the accurate answer but I came out a answer I don not know correct or not as like tutoring in MMU(Lecturer or Tutor) can or not?Satisfy?

The lecturer is very nice and always give example that relevant to the topic and this help us easy to absorb the things that he said.

Mr Noor Effandi is very good! i like the way he deliver lecture in class, his teaching is very interesting! i think one day if i'm sick i will still attend his lecture because i don't want to miss any of his class! (however i did skip one of his class during CyberP carnival because i need to take care my stall) he loves to ask question to students in class by referring to names in attendance list, i think this is a very good way for the lecturer to communicate with students, by using this method, students will have output instead of input only. personally i like to voice out my opinion in lecture class, and that is why i like his way of asking questions to students by calling names in attendance list. i hope to see more lecturers like Mr Noor Effandi in MMU.

Friendly, kind and patriotic

Neba2020: Manusia adalah cukup unik dan rumit untuk difahami dengan pelbagai ragam dan kehendak masing-masing yang cukup kompleks. Adalah sesuatu yang mustahil untuk kita memuaskan hati semua pihak selagi kita bergelar insan normal yang penuh dengan kekurangan dan kecacatan. Untuk mengalah dan terus mengabaikan persepsi buruk pada permulaan 'kisah dan usaha' adalah sesuatu yang tidak bijak untuk ditelusuri. Maka, kepada kita yang bernama manusia, teruskanlah 'perjalanan' dan berusahalah untuk sentiasa 'mengatasi keupayaan diri sendiri !' Musuh utama kita untuk mencapai sesuatu yang baik pada persepsi masyarakat dan orang-orang di sekeliling kita adalah DIRI KITA SENDIRI ! Percayalah, jika kita sentiasa 'bertarung dan bergaduh' dengan diri sendiri maka sudah pasti kita akan dapat menjadi JUARA kepada diri sendiri... Yakinlah...
